Every day, thousands of people launch into Affiliate Marketing in exactly the same place; ready to give it an honest try and ready to see results. The biggest problem is their expectations are too high.
And that’s usually a result of the big sales pitches out their by what I call affiliate marketing scam artists that over hype how much money and how fast you can make as an affiliate marketer.
To start with you need to understand one thing. Making money on the Internet in Affiliate Marketing is not going to make you rich overnight. If it was that easy, everyone would be doing affiliate marketing.
But if you’re willing to put in the time and learn the proper Internet Marketing techniques then you can earn a very good living by doing affiliate marketing.
Is making a lot of money in Affiliate Marketing going to happen overnight? No it's not; it’s going to take time and effort on your part. A few can do it in as little as 6 months but most will need two or three years.
To get started in affiliate marketing you’re going to have to invest a certain amount of money. How and when you spend that money is very important.
If you’ve only got a few hundred dollars and you spend it on the wrong products and services you won't make it. The question becomes, how do you invest your money in your new affiliate marketing business?
I’m going to get right to the point; regardless of your skill set the cheapest way to get started is to get a coach or someone that can guide you down the right path. Am I that person? No, I’m not.
